I love the turtles, they live upstairs in an aquarium specially outfitted for them. They never bark at midnight and don't have a litter box that needs changing.
So, we'll have to update size from time to time as they are very young slider.
Love, love, love them. My squirt (red-eared slider), who is five now, is about 5 pounds and almost as big as a dinner plate. I'm pretty sure, though, that Oddball is a yellow-eared slider. I had a new yellow-eared one and Squirt decided to eat it's head. It wasn't pretty :-/
ReplyDeleteI figure that Oddball is a 'yellow' also. Thomas is "researching" that. Either way - he's happy, happy, happy, and I LOVE that if I call him a HOBBYIST - we can get turtle shipped overnight from FL to NC.
